Blue Ocean Brain, a leading provider of workplace microlearning and professional development content, has won two coveted Brandon Hall Group
awards in their Fall 2021 Excellence in Technology Program - a gold award for Best Advance in Diversity and Inclusion Innovation, and a silver award for Best Advance in Technology Innovation for the Remote Workforce. Both awards were in the Future of Work program category.

The gold-winning award entry, titled Modern Microlearning to Help Companies Take Action on DEI, was focused on Blue Ocean Brain's work helping companies make meaningful strides in their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) commitments through continuous learning opportunities that reach and engage all employees on a journey of awareness to action around the many nuanced DEI concepts such as interrupting bias, inclusive leadership, embracing differences, and psychological safety.
