The award entry, titled Building Inclusion and Equity Across the Modern Healthcare System, was focused on Blue Ocean Brain's work with Atlantic Health System to advance their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives through microlearning opportunities that reach and engage all healthcare employees around DEI concepts such as allyship, inclusive leadership, and psychological safety.
Atlantic Health System recognized the need for a learning solution that provided the level of access, engagement, and retention needed to achieve cultural change in support of their DEI goals. Atlantic Health partnered with Blue Ocean Brain to meet the needs of its large and time-constrained workforce and redefine how learning moments are consumed and delivered in healthcare.
